With California experiencing a drought, hopefully this downpour in the Bay Area is enough to bring out a change in the conditions. And of course, bring out cute rainy day (or week) outfits! Since Allison didn't want to get her camera wet, we had to make do with our dorm's lounge, which is currently decorated in preparation for Valentine's Day.
